Quizglish support for accounts, quizzes, public links, privacy, deletion, copyright, abuse, and security reports.
Quizglish support is provided by Alekseev Aleksandr, an individual developer based in Dnipro, Ukraine.
Use ventarichannel@gmail.com for general support, privacy and deletion requests, copyright or abuse reports, and security concerns.
Support is available in English and Ukrainian. General and privacy-request response time is up to 30 calendar days. Security reports are reviewed as soon as practical. No guaranteed support SLA is provided.
1. General support
Contact us about Apple or Google sign-in, account settings, quiz creation, AI generation, publishing, public links, participant responses, results, deletion, or technical problems.
2. What to include
- The email associated with the account, if the issue concerns an account.
- A concise description of what happened and what you expected.
- The affected quiz link or quiz identifier, if available.
- The app version, device type, and operating-system version for a technical problem.
- A screenshot with unrelated or sensitive information removed, if it helps explain the issue.
3. What not to send
Do not send passwords, authentication or session tokens, payment information, identity documents unless specifically and lawfully requested, or unnecessary personal or sensitive information. Never include personal data about another person unless it is necessary and you are authorized to share it.
4. Privacy requests
You may request access, a copy or export, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent by emailing ventarichannel@gmail.com.
We aim to respond within 30 calendar days. A different period may apply where required by law.
5. Delete an account
The primary deletion path is Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and removes the Quizglish account, owned quizzes, participant responses and answers, the Firebase authentication identity, and identifying or content fields from related AI-run records.
If you cannot sign in, email ventarichannel@gmail.com from the account email where possible and ask for account deletion. This page is the external account-deletion resource for app-store listings.
6. Participant response requests
A participant can request correction or deletion of a submitted response without having a Quizglish account. Include the quiz link, the display name or nickname used, and the approximate submission date and time.
We may ask for limited additional context if the information provided is not enough to locate or verify the response.
7. Identity verification
Before providing, changing, or deleting personal data, we may ask an account holder to write from the account email or sign in again. We request only the information reasonably needed to protect the record from unauthorized access.
8. Security reports
Report suspected unauthorized access, exposed private content, or a vulnerability to ventarichannel@gmail.com. Security messages are reviewed as soon as practical.
Quizglish does not operate a public bug-bounty program and does not promise a monetary reward. Do not access another user's data, disrupt the service, use destructive testing, or publicly disclose an unremediated vulnerability.
9. Content, abuse, and copyright reports
A public quiz can be reported through the Report this quiz action. You can also email ventarichannel@gmail.com with the affected public link, the reason for the report, and only the context needed to review it.
For a copyright complaint, identify the protected work, the affected quiz or link, explain the claimed infringement, and confirm that you own the right or are authorized to act for the rights holder.
